I was really hoping to get some comments and advice on my last post, but nothing yet.
Maybe it was just so long that it made you not want to read it.
I understand, sometimes I do this too.
Well, basically my question was if you think it would be a good idea to go out and excercise int he morning before school? and how I can motivate myself to wake up at that time.

Hi lovely, first time reading your blog and i couldn't help but feel for your disappointment about the lack of comments!

Secondly, personally exercising in the morning will be one of the most beneficial times to do so.
For one, you're burning off fat straightaway as your body won't have to break through the carbohydrates that you've eaten throughout the day (assuming you do so before breakfast..assuming you're planning on having breakfast)
Additionally, you'll feel more awake and prepared for the day.
You'll feel less guity if you do slip up as you know you've burnt off excess calories and started your day on a calorie deficit.
All of these reasons should be quite motivating enough to get you up, but i know it doesn't feel like that when you wake up and it's still dark.
Just remember how bad you want it.

ReplyDeletebut yes starting your day on a workout is good but it might also make you crave more food throuthout the day .. i do mine after school or at dinner time.. that way i'm away when dinner is and don't have to eat >:)
